Corporate Citizenship

A Global Community

We have made it our responsibility to care for the health, safety, and wellbeing of the local communities in which we live and work. Strengthening and helping to share the future of our global communities is an important goal for employees and the Company as a whole. From Calgary to Houston, and from Brisbane to Buenos Aires, we develop strong links with the people and organizations that make their hometowns such vibrant, welcoming places to be.

Our Aim

Enerflex strives to positively impact quality of life in our local neighborhoods, focusing on health and wellness, training, and skills enrichment.

Our Initiatives

Enerflex contributes directly to a number of social causes, and also supports charitable activities by encouraging employees to volunteer their time and talent. Enerflex and its people actively support (by direct financial contribution and/or employee volunteer hours) over 30 local non-profit organizations, including Kids Cancer Care, Habitat for Humanity, the MS Society, as well as Blood, Diabetes, and Heart Services agencies.

Enerflex invests in safety-based training programs to share its safety-based culture with other like-minded organizations as a means of strengthening the industry as a whole.

This certification is awarded to organizations that measure and work to reduce their carbon footprint, meet specific criteria related to greenhouse gas emissions, and who comply with a stringent set of national and international data.

Enerflex’s efforts to reduce our carbon footprint are not only the right thing to do for the environment, but also align with the Company’s values to be environmentally and socially responsible.

For over 25 years Enerflex has hosted an Annual Charity Golf Classic in support of Kids Cancer Care which creates a positive impact in the lives of children affected by cancer. To date, this tournament has raised over $1.96 million for Camp Kindle, a remarkable facility that offers children the opportunity to enjoy the camping experience with their siblings. It is here that they can participate in camp activities, build lasting friendships with others that are faced with similar situations, and just focus on having fun and being a kid, all while still receiving their treatments from the medical team on-site.
